Please read the following to ensure you are eligible to apply before completing the application form.

Your organisation
Organisations that we support are outlined on who we fund. However, you must also meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply:​

All organisations must have been in existence for more than one year and in the case of charities/CICs have filed a set of accounts with the relevant regulatory body.

Community Interest Companies must have a minimum of two unrelated Directors and generate at least 25% of income from trading.

All organisations must have a bank account in the name of the organisation with a minimum of two unrelated signatories and a two stage authorisation process for payments.

Unregistered/not for profit organisations must also have:​
- A management committee/board of Trustees with at least three unpaid people as members. There should be a majority that are unrelated.
- A written constitution/set of rules/articles of association that sets out the purpose of the organisation and how it is managed.
'Unrelated' means not members of the same family or living in the same accommodation.
Your application
Please check what we fund and our areas of priority to ensure that your project meets our criteria. You must be able to include:

A copy of your most recent filed accounts and if over fifteen months old, details of your current financial situation and reserves.

A Safeguarding policy which satisfies current legislation and best practice.
Please note:

We do not make retrospective awards. Therefore, the project must either not have taken place, or expenditure been incurred, before your application is due to be considered.

If you have been unsuccessful, then you must wait twelve months before reapplying.

If you are a current grant recipient then you must have complied with all of the relevant terms and conditions (including reporting) before submitting a further application and cannot reapply prior to the anniversary of your last application.​
